National Nutrition Month

The American Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics created National Nutrition Month to educate individuals on healthy eating habits and an active lifestyle. A few suggestions to help celebrate National Nutrition Month are:

  • Have a healthy potluck with friends or co-workers
  • Attend a lunch-and-learn put on by a Nutritionist or Dietician    
  • Substitute junk and/or processed food and with fruits and vegetables
  • Add fruit or vegetables to every meal
