Ovarian cancer includes cancers of the ovaries, fallopian tubes, and the primary peritoneum. Unfortunately, due to showing few symptoms ovarian cancer often goes undetected until it is in an advanced stage. Family history and gene mutations are the primary risk factors of developing ovarian cancer.
